the issue with buying your .~*dream wedding dress*~. at a cheap vintage shop when you know full well that it will be years before you actually get married is that sometimes, when you come home at night and see it hanging up in the very back of your closet, you decide to try it on for funzies and end up crying a little bit (a.k.a. a lot)

i need to read more, it’s something i haven’t done enough of lately. i’m looking for books that will intertwine their words around my heart again. poetry, novels, fact, fiction, any kind of book that is moving. suggestions, anyone?

i let it go. it’s like swimming against the current. it exhausts you. after a while, whoever you are, you just have to let go, and the river brings you home.
